KDE is doing introspection on its development model

It’s interesting when a big project like KDE is thinking about its own development model. This is a big project and a small change would impact hundreds of contributors so you must ensure a smooth transition.
Check out the article. Distributed version control, respect for trunk, automated testing, agile development… KDE seems to go for the best practices of the serious projects.
