Special treat on a special day

10 November 2008, 23:32

Those who know me well know at least two things about me:

  1. Today is a special day for me.. yup it’s my birthday
  2. I like rum very much

So what is better to finish off the day than to pour few ounces of the best rum I have in my bar as a special treat? Say what? Yeah that’s what I thought: nothing beats that.

The medicine is 11 years old premium rum at room temperature, no ice, nothing. Marvellous! Sorry if the picture is bad, its used without permission from a random website (I would remove it if requested) but I didn’t want to waste what was left of the day taking a picture. I hope you understand ;)

Cheers!

  1. On veut surtout voir la bouteille après que les «quelques onces» aient été bues… ;-)

  2. It looks like Olivier not only likes rum a lot, he also likes beer a lot and anything that is alcool related !

    And I can proove it:
A couple of month ago, it was around 8:00 AM and I was walking downtown Montreal near a park. I saw Olivier biking on the other side of the street, I called him but he didn’t here me.
Actually he was obviously having a hard time on his bike: his face was a mix of white, yellow, green. Like somebody that is seek, somebody that drunk too much the day before.
All of a sudden, Olivier stopped his bike, got down, went on his knees and started to puke like hell !
Poor guy, this was a terrible scene. He stayed like this 10 min and then started to bike again.
    Terrible !…
